Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is hiring for a Business Support role in Mexico (MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque). The position focuses on reconciling PO and inventory data, analyzing cross-system data sources, and delivering actionable feedback to improve reporting accuracy.

A background with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and strong Excel skills is required, along with fluent English communication. Experience in inventory reconciliation and data analysis is essential, with the opportunity to collaborate

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory reconciliation and/or data analysis.
• Experience managing an ERP (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and present reports.
• English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile PO & Inventory Data: Audit purchase orders, recorded calls, chats, and emails to detect data discrepancies and track quality levels.
• Analyze Inventory Flux & Multiple Sources: Evaluate cross-system data streams to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunity areas.
• Deliver Actionable Feedback: Provide clear, periodic quality reporting to representatives and team leads to keep metrics accurate.
• Support Calibration & Standards: Assist with monthly calibrations to ensure data analysis aligns with established guidelines.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal operations teams to resolve inventory reporting issues and align workflow processes.
