Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Lead Specialist, Inventory Accounting in Mexico City to oversee end-to-end inventory accounting and reconciliation for LATAM. You will ensure accurate reporting across POS, ERP, partner portals, logistics data and the General Ledger.

Lead the reconciliation methodology, drive month-end close activities, perform root-cause analysis and strengthen governance over goods in transit, stock counts, and system interfaces. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in inventory accounting and reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with goods in transit, consignment, stock counts and adjustments.
• Advanced Excel and large-data reconciliation skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and review mid-month and month-end reconciliations.
• Coordinate inventory close readiness across all entities.
• Investigate POS-to-ERP, ERP-to-GL and partner-portal differences.
• Monitor aged goods in transit and open shipments.
• Oversee consignment and shop-in-shop reconciliations.
• Validate stock-count results and adjustment support.
