Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an Inventory Analyst to collaborate with cross‑functional teams on inventory strategy, demand planning, and revision changeovers. You will analyze current inventory, open POs, and revision impacts to minimize operational disruption.

The role requires solid Excel/PowerPoint, ERP experience, and 3–5 years in operations or manufacturing. Effective communication with Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance is essential.

Formación

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience using ERP systems and BOM/Item creation in ERP.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• 3–5 years in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define inventory levels for specified items and communicate coverage.
• Use lead times to flag items at risk and manage open POs impacted by revision changes.
• Coordinate revision changeover dates with local Purchasing; report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized item-tracking system accessible to cross-functional teams.
• Provide timely updates to Manufacturing Engineering and MDM/CCO teams; ensure data accuracy.
