  • Conduct first-pass analysis to validate trends or discrepancies before escalating to leadership.
DIO Support & Visibility into DIO Drivers
  • Analyze what drives DIO up or down each period, including slow movers, PO/WO misalignment, supplier performance, and demand variability.

  • Develop reporting that highlights parameter settings contributing to excess inventory, stockouts, shortages, or service level risk.
  • Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Materials teams to monitor parameter accuracy and recommend updates based on demand patterns, lead time performance, and inventory objectives.
  • Support periodic parameter reviews to ensure planning settings remain aligned with current business conditions, supplier performance, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Identify and escape inconsistent or outdated MRP parameters across sites and drive standardization where appropriate.
