Flex seeks an Inventory Control Manager in Juarez Sur to support global procurement and supply chain. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders, and improving inventory control processes.

Key responsibilities include analyzing data from the MRP system, establishing site policies, creating metrics for performance, and managing cycle counts and disposition of excess materials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced English is required.
• Experience with inventory control and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze and correct inventory count discrepancies.
• Negotiate effectively to manage excess and obsolete material.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by negotiating expectations and directing staff activities.
• Coordinate with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers.
• Analyze data extracted from the MRP system.
• Review and establish site policies for the materials group.
• Design, develop and enhance metrics to meet site or corporate needs.
• Oversee cycle count operations and physical inventories.
• Disposition of excess and obsolete materials.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an Inventory Control Manager located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Inventory Control Manager’s role involves:

• Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and managing and directing staff activities required to meet this expectation.
• Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers.
• Analyzes various data extracted from the MRP system.
• Reviews and establishes the policies and procedures for the site with materials group.
• Designs develop and enhance metrics in response to site or corporate requirements.
• Responsible for accurate controls and procedures to be in place to properly implement cycle count operations and physical inventories.
• Responsible for disposition of excess and obsolete materials.

Experience

• Advanced English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Inter-site materials analysis and assessment of data
• May analyze and correct inventory count discrepancies
• Analyzes excess inventory and negotiate with customers to reduce excess and obsolete material
• Negotiates sales price and coordinates the sale of excess material
• Reviews inventory portion of customer contracts
