Flex is seeking a Program Administrator in Juarez south, Mexico to support program management across customer accounts. You will coordinate plans, resources, and cross-functional teams to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have manufacturing experience, are proficient in MS Office, and possess intermediate/advanced English. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Intermediate/Advanced English required.
• Attention to customer requirements and ability to communicate with CFT.
• Experience in administrative or operational program roles and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with reports, metrics, and KPI tracking.
• Experience with various reports and KPI concepts.
• Experience as Industrial Engineer is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review program proposals to define time frames, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, and others to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Drive projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives impacting timelines, cost, or production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delays.

Job Summary

Job Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Juarez south , Mexico. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Presents materials value-added to customers or suppliers, and influence customers to use
• Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities
• Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Related experience preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in MS office; Excel, word, ppt and others.
• Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory).
• Attention to customer requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with CFT.
• Previous experience in administrative or operational program roles, project follow-up, or coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with reports, metrics, and action tracking.
• Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI´s
• Experience Industrial Engineer
