Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Warehouse Analyst to support Juarez South Site operations. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, ensure on-time deliveries, and lead efforts to optimize productivity with minimal overtime.

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

• Meet with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop loss-prevention plans.
• Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and facilities and coordinate with drivers and air partners.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Juarez South Site. Reporting to the Sr. Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Analyst role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
• Certifications in logistics, inventory management, or relevant areas (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma).
