Flex is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager (Automotive) to lead and optimize supply chain functions in Guadalajara South, Mexico. You will report to the Director, Materials, and guide contract reviews, data analysis, and cost management for a broad functional area.

Ideal candidates will have advanced English, a Bachelor’s Degree, and experience engaging with executives, customers, and vendors while driving strategies to meet customer requirements and maintain competitiveness.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience interacting with executives, customers and vendors.
• Drives supply chain strategies to meet customer needs and maintain financial competitiveness.
• Provides supplier management for product development and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in review of vendor and customer contracts outlining requirements.
• Review materials data analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with senior managers on strategic plans and objectives.
• Direct activities of supply chain managers, planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Supply Chain Manager (Automotive) located in Guadalajara South, Mexico. Reporting to the Director, Materials, the Senior Supply Chain Manager’s role involves:

• Participate in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
• Reviews materials related data analyses.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
