Cross Border Talents is seeking an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to manage end-to-end hiring for multilingual roles across Asia and Europe. This is a fully remote freelance position with flexible hours.

You will collaborate with managers to post openings, source candidates, screen and interview, and build lasting relationships with applicants while earning competitive fees and quarterly/annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
• Proficiency in English and other languages.
