Mondelez México is seeking an experienced export logistics professional to manage intercompany shipments and related SAP billing processes. You will coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders and external partners to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

The role requires practical knowledge of customs documentation, data interpretation and strong communication skills. You will work with warehouse teams to prepare shipments and support logistics operations across brands.

Formación

• Experience in outbound logistics or transport.
• Practical knowledge of customs processes & documentation.
• Ability to interpret data.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• SAP experience & Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SumIf, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Execute export intercompany shipments and support associated SAP billing documents.
• Prepare export documentation and certificates as needed.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with warehouse and third‑party logistics operators for shipment readiness.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, risk management and tender support tasks.
