Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of import/export experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Mexican customs procedures, HS codes, and global shipping documents.
• Experience coordinating air/ocean/ground freight with brokers/forwarders.
• Fluent in Spanish; strong English (intermediate-advanced).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely clearance.
• Maintain compliance with Mexican Customs Law and export controls.
• Schedule transportation with carriers and optimize cost and transit.
• Validate shipment documents and align ERP data with records.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
