PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an Internal Control Manager to lead MCC transition workstreams, ensuring business continuity, clear control ownership, and compliant with COSO and SOX standards.

You will drive control design, testing, remediation, and post‑migration governance while partnering with global teams to standardize and automate controls using AI and Power Platform tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Internal Control, Audit, Accounting, Finance, risk management, or process transformation.
• Strong knowledge of COSO, SOX, auditing standards, control design and testing.
• Experience across end-to-end business processes (Sales, Finance, Marketing, FP&A, HR/Payroll, Supply Chain).
• Experience leading migrations, stabilisation and post‑go-live control monitoring in GBS/shared services.
• Understanding of ERP environments, data flows, planning and reporting solutions.
• Cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder influence across countries and cultures.
• Advanced English and strong English/Spanish communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps/BI).
• Stakeholder management and risk-aware decision making.
• Control-minded business judgment and balance of risk and transformation.
• Change leadership and adaptability in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end control workstream for MCC transitions from planning to post‑migration monitoring.
• Maintain inventory of transitioning controls, assign Control Owners and governance.
• Assess design for new or migrating services and define preventive actions before go‑live.
• Lead independent control testing, report deficiencies, and enable remediation.
• Lead Global Control Standard certifications and CO/SOX alignment with training.
• Govern control documentation including policies, processes and risk matrices.
• Collaborate with Process Design Authority and Process Owners on post-migration control model.
• Drive standardization, simplification and automation using analytics and AI tools.
• Coordinate audits and remediation closure with evidence and responses.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and continuous-improvement routines for controls and transitions.
• Identify and deploy AI/automation solutions across controls and reporting.
