PepsiCo, a global food and beverage leader, seeks an Internal Control Manager to guide MCC transition workstreams, ensure business continuity, and drive control maturity across hubs. You will lead testing, remediation, and certifications while partnering with process owners in a diverse, matrixed organization.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in controls/audit, strong COSO/SOX knowledge, and experience with ERP/data flows and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in Internal Control, Audit, Accounting, Finance, risk management, process transformation, analytics, or automation.
• Big Four experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of COSO, SOX, auditing standards, and control design/testing.
• Experience across end-to-end processes (Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
• Experience supporting migrations, stabilizations, and post‑go‑live monitoring in GBS/shared services.
• ERP knowledge, data flows, and reporting solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across levels, functions, and cultures.
• Advanced English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end MCC control workstreams for transitions from planning to post‑migration monitoring.
• Maintain control inventory, assign owners, and establish governance for each wave.
• Assess process and control design, identify gaps, and define preventive actions before go‑live.
• Lead independent control testing, monitor deficiencies, and drive remediation plans.
• Lead COSO/SOX certifications and control‑maturity initiatives with training.
• Govern control documentation, policies, procedures, and risk matrices.
• Collaborate with Process Design Authority, Owners, and cross‑Hub leads on a post‑migration model.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation using analytics and AI.
• Support internal/external audits with evidence collection and closure of findings.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement routines.
