PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Corporate Security Technology Project Manager to drive end-to-end initiatives, integrating CCTV, GPS, access control and analytics. You will personally develop solution assessments, requirements and implementation deliverables to bring concepts to closure.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, and evaluating AI-driven solutions while ensuring responsible use and governance across security processes.

Formación

• 3+ years implementing technology solutions in physical security environments.
• Technical understanding of CCTV/VMS, GPS, access control and monitoring platforms.
• Experience across the technology project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Ability to develop deliverables: business cases, SOWs and vendor assessments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery with governance principles.
• English proficiency at 80% or above.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Corporate Security technology projects with defined scope and budget.
• Build projects from diagnostics to requirements, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Implement CCTV, GPS, access control and monitoring platforms with cybersecurity alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors through planning, testing and adoption.
• Identify innovation opportunities and develop AI-driven use cases with governance.
• Use data-driven insights for risk analysis, resource optimization and reporting.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for adoption of new tech.
• Coordinate the Information Security Committee and align with AOP strategies.
