Schneider Electric in Mexico is offering a temporary learning opportunity in project management. You will support real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop skills essential for your career in an international environment.

Reporting to the Material Productivity Leader and Project Manager, you will grow through hands-on tasks in Quality Value Engineering, cost and savings estimation, and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel/Tableau/Power BI.
• Basic project management skills and cross-functional coordination.
• Active student in mechatronics or industrial engineering with graduation after 2027.
• Availability in morning hours for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Support real projects while learning project management fundamentals.
• Assist with quality value engineering and supplier-change cases.
• Coordinate with procurement teams on savings estimations.

What will you do?

• Lead the evolution of Quality Value Engineering and Change of Supplier business cases/ideas.
• Ensure accurate estimation of benefits (savings), costs (project expenses) and technical feasibility.
• Work together with commodity/procurement team to confirm savings estimations, quotations, and supplier selection
• Project Management
