Schneider Electric in Tlaxcala, Mexico invites a proactive student to join the TPM team on a preventive maintenance standardization project. You will help improve and implement standardized procedures for maintenance execution, monitoring, and control, with emphasis on collaboration with the TPM Engineer.

The role offers exposure to continuous improvement, process documentation, leadership development, and hands-on experience in a global electrical solutions company.

Formación

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and standardization of operational processes.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communication skills to train, align, and engage personnel.
• Currently studying mechatronics/maintenance or related field, graduating Dec 2027 or later.

What will you do?

Improve and implement a standard preventive maintenance document that establishes clear and consistent procedures for the execution, monitoring, and control of preventive maintenance activities, ensuring consistent and efficient execution.

Who will you report to?

This position is part of a specialized technical team led by the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Engineer, with a focus on process standardization, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies, team leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, effective communication skills, and experience in the standardization of operational processes.
• Active student of mechatronic/maintenance or related graduating in December 2027 or later
• Availability in the mornings
