Schneider Electric is seeking a Plant Downstream Planning Leader to own production flow and optimize the supply chain, balancing schedules with customer commitments and driving efficiency.

You will manage the Master Production Schedule, drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor metrics to sustain on-time distribution.

Join us as a Plant Downstream Planning Leader and take ownership of production flow and supply chain optimization. This is your chance to make a tangible impact—balancing schedules, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring we meet customer commitments with precision.

What will you do?
  • Oversee the Master Production Schedule to ensure accurate forecasting of workload and capacity alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement through Value Stream Mapping and lead time reduction initiatives
  • Monitor downstream supply chain metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and ensure timely product distribution
What are the key skills we are looking for?
  • End-to-End Control Tower — intermediate level; overseeing supply chain visibility and coordinating responses to disruptions
  • Inventory Management — intermediate level; balancing stock levels to meet demand without excess
  • Material Management Tool — intermediate level; tracking materials and ensuring availability for production schedules
  • Inventory Planning — developing level; forecasting needs and aligning inventory with production plans
  • Demand Planning — developing level; translating customer forecasts into actionable production requirements
  • Planning Tools — developing level; using systems to schedule and optimize plant operations
  • Sales Inventory and Operations Planning — developing level; aligning sales forecasts with operational capacity
  • Influencing Skills — developing level; driving alignment and action across cross-functional teams
