British Petroleum is launching a Business and Technology Centre in Santa Fe, Mexico City to support enhanced customer experience and innovation. The internship role targets active students with an expected graduation in July 2026 or later, requiring strong English skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and transportation support of MXN 7,000.

Responsibilities

• Receiving general requests submitted through our website, creating follow-up tickets in Footprint, and assigning them to the appropriate person in TA.
• Updating spreadsheets related to specific issues with internal and IT platforms.
• Contacting vendors to collect and upload invoices into the system.

This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, leveraging technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. Customer Service:
