The internship role targets active students with an expected graduation in July 2026 or later, requiring strong English skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and transportation support of MXN 7,000.

Qualifications

• Active students with an expected graduation date of July 2026 or later.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, as activities will involve the U.S. business.
• Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receiving general requests submitted through our website, creating follow-up tickets in Footprint, and assigning them to the appropriate person in TA.
• Updating spreadsheets related to specific issues with internal and IT platforms.
• Contacting vendors to collect and upload invoices into the system.
