Uber Freight in Mexico City is seeking a Logistics Support I focused on crossborder intermodal invoicing and account management. You will ensure accurate billing, manage accessorial charges, and support timely payments while maintaining up-to-date records.

You will collaborate with internal teams, provide weekly summaries, and own assigned accounts while handling special projects. Strong English and Google Suite proficiency required; independence and proactive problem solving are valued.

Formación

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and think critically.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing and account management to ensure timely payments.
• Provide weekly account summaries and escalate issues with carriers.
