Airbus Helicopters Mexico Queretaro is seeking a Professional Manufacturing Engineer to develop NC programs and optimize processes for aerospace components.

You will define tooling specs, run simulations, validate programs, and support integration on DNC or machines, collaborating with Work Preparation, Quality and Production teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience in NC programming and manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with NC operation and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define NC Programs according to specifications.
• Support jigs and tools specification and simulations.
• Develop and integrate NC Programs in DNC or on machines.
• Participate in demonstration tests with work prep, quality and production.

Job Description

• Define NC Programs according to the Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering specifications.
• Support jigs and tools specification, making numerical simulations, validating and optimizing NC Programs.
• Develop test and integrating the NC Program in the distribution system (DNC) or on the machine under the supervision of the Production Line or Shop floor.
• Participate to the demonstration test with Work Preparation, Quality and Production.

Inputs: New Process need (or improvement), Engineering or Manufacturing Design model (material, tolerance, jigs, Digital Mock-Up,).

Programming Software.

Manufacturing feedbacks (historic of maturity, old similar program).

Outputs: NC Programs and Technical Instructions (Instruction Sheet, SOI, Simulation Test) for Numerical Control manufacturing processes.
