AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO QUERETARO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking an experienced NC Programmer for Manufacturing Engineering to define NC programs per engineering specifications and optimize tooling.

The role involves testing and integrating NC programs in the DNC or on machines, plus participating in demonstration tests with Work Preparation, Quality and Production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define NC Programs according to Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering specifications.
• Support jigs and tools specification, making numerical simulations, validating and optimizing NC Programs.
• Develop test and integrating the NC Program in the distribution system (DNC) or on the machine under the supervision of the Production Line or Shop floor.
• Participate to the demonstration test with Work Preparation, Quality and Production.

Job Description:

• Define NC Programs according to the Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering specifications.

Inputs: New Process need (or improvement), Engineering or Manufacturing Design model (material, tolerance, jigs, Digital Mock-Up,).

Programming Software.

Manufacturing feedbacks (historic of maturity, old similar program).

Outputs: NC Programs and Technical Instructions (Instruction Sheet, SOI, Simulation Test) for Numerical Control manufacturing processes.
