World Wide Technology (WWT) is hiring an Instructional Designer to develop scalable eLearning, classroom, and blended curriculums. You will work with subject matter experts to design content, manage learning solutions, and measure impact in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team focused on innovative learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and contribute to high-volume training across the organization while leveraging tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Formación

• Experience creating digital learning content using instructional design, multimedia, and visual communication best practices.
• Experience with LMS, eLearning authoring tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance content development and learner engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Self-starter with organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify business, performance, and learning needs.
• Provide guidance and support to teams in delivery and adoption of learning solutions.
• Create learning materials using an agile, learner-centered approach across discovery, design, development, implementation, and measurement.
• Incorporate learning effectiveness and business impact considerations into analysis, design, development and evaluation.
• Develop learning resources using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint and video editing tools.
• Maintain learning solutions including eLearning, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, and blended experiences.
• Support administration of learning technologies including content publishing, reporting, testing, and training coordination.
• Explore and implement emerging learning technologies to drive innovation.
