Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team seeks a Learning Experience Designer to craft training that empowers customers to maximize efficiency and harness AI-powered solutions, including CoCounsel.

You will collaborate with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, and Trainers to design and develop best-in-class courses and learning assets, using generative AI tools and joining customer calls for discovery and feedback. Hybrid in-office work is required.

Formación

• BS/MA in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency; tested before interview.
• Articulate suite (Storyline, Rise, Review 360), Camtasia, voiceover tools.
• Applied adult learning theory, LMS knowledge.
• Experience using generative AI tools for content creation.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; storyboard and curriculum writing.
• Outstanding visual design skills.
• Experience with software product training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in curriculum design and course development across formats (live, webinars, eLearning, videos).
• Research and assess existing course materials for updates.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, and evaluation.
• Design and develop engaging, graphically rich learning materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Curriculum Designers, and project leads.
• Record time/engagement for utilization reporting; support LMS uploads.
