Ascent360 is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to create impactful learning experiences for its workforce. This hybrid role involves leading instructional strategy and eLearning development, working closely with the People & L&D team and various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years in L&D, expert proficiency in Articulate 360, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. Join us in fostering a culture of learning and development!

Formación

• 5+ years in L&D roles spanning both instructional design and eLearning development.
• Expert level proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise).
• Ability to write clearly and translate complex content for non-expert audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead needs analyses and performance consulting conversations.
• Define learning strategy, objectives, and success metrics.
• Design end to end learning journeys for onboarding and skills programs.

Conocimientos

Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise)

Adult learning theory

Communication skills in English

Project management

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field

Master's degree or professional certification (ATD CPTD, CIPD) preferred
