Cognizant is seeking an Instructional Designer to build high-quality courses using Intellum's Evolve tool and to integrate AI tools into content refinement. The role requires a solid grounding in adult learning theory and instructional methodologies, and 3–5 years of related experience.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering clear, learner-centric content. Strong experience with course development tools and a keen eye for visual layout are essential.

Formación

• Solid foundation in adult learning theory and instructional methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
• 3–5 years of dedicated experience as an Instructional Designer or Curriculum Developer.
• Experience with online course development tools with interactive components.
• Ability to transform complex technical source files into clear and concise content for online or in-person learning.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and Google AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and maintain highly interactive, high-quality courses within Intellum's Evolve tool.
• Evaluate course content against adult learning principles and edit for engagement and flow.
• Proactively integrate internal AI tools into content refinement and editorial checks.
• Maintain clear engagement with stakeholders to communicate status and manage timelines.
