Plata Card is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer Team Lead to drive learning solutions in a corporate L&D environment. You will lead a team, design end-to-end learning experiences, and align outcomes with business performance.

The role emphasizes product-minded thinking, experimentation, and data-driven optimization, with English communication for an international team and relocation support as needed.

Formación

• Proven experience in corporate or B2B Learning & Development is required.
• Experience as a Senior Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Methodologist, or in a similar role.
• Experience applying both learning and business metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Product mindset with the ability to start from business goals and desired outcomes rather than content creation.
• Experience working with hypotheses, experimentation, validation, and iterative improvement.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to make decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Confidence to challenge training requests when learning is not the right solution and recommend a more effective approach.
• C1 English level for effective communication with an international team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 7 Instructional Designers, including hiring, development, mentoring, and performance management.
• Design learning solutions that address real business and performance challenges, not just content delivery.
• Define learning objectives, expected behavioral changes, and measurable business outcomes.
• Design end-to-end learning experiences with architecture, paths, practice, reinforcement, and transfer to work.
• Select effective learning formats for each challenge (courses, simulations, checklists, etc.).
• Create high-quality content supporting measurable performance improvement.
• Formulate learning hypotheses, run pilots, iterate based on data.
• Apply learning and business metrics to evaluate impact and scale MVP solutions.
