Empresa Confidencial is seeking a seasoned Digital Training Lead to design, produce, and implement multimedia training solutions for corporate and sales teams. You will transform portfolio information into engaging content using learning methodologies, digital technologies, and AI.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee pre-production to distribution, evaluate tooling, and analyze engagement metrics to ensure timely, measurable learning outcomes across platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in digital training or related roles and leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, production, and implementation of digital training solutions.
• Develop multimedia content for corporate and sales teams.
• Collaborate with instructional design teams to create training solutions.
• Evaluate content creation technologies, including AI.
• Manage publication and distribution of digital content across platforms.
• Analyze engagement and learning outcomes to optimize content.
