Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Amazon Business Manager to lead the Mexico business, owning commercial strategy, execution, and long-term growth. You will coordinate with Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure profitable, scalable performance and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will manage 1P Vendor Central operations, drive forecasting, inventory health, and promotional performance while influencing senior stakeholders and coaching the Amazon Key Account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and 1P businesses.
• Strong forecasting, inventory, pricing, promotions, and demand planning capabilities.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Durable Goods, Retail, or related industries.
• Advanced analytics skills and proficiency with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Mexico business performance, including net sales, profitability, and customer health.
• Develop and execute the Joint Business Plan and long-term growth strategy.
• Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with Amazon.
• Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, innovation, and category development.
• Build annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans to meet targets.
• Manage Amazon 1P business through Vendor Central and related tools.
• Monitor sales, profitability, traffic, pricing, inventory health, and ASIN performance.
• Drive Digital Shelf Excellence and optimize content, search, and reviews.
• Lead planning of Prime Day, Black Friday, and other key events.
