Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Associate Manager, Innovation & Integration, PCS for a Mexico-based, fully remote position. You will drive strategic growth via partnerships, acquisitions, and integration across the COA portfolio, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, business development, and project management within the life sciences domain, with global collaboration and multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 4+ years in M&A, business development, partnerships, or clinical research.
• Advanced proficiency in business English for international stakeholders.
• Experience supporting negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven cross-functional project coordination across diverse teams.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving with actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for partnerships, M&A, licensing, and investments.
• Develop data-driven business cases and financial assumptions.
• Support negotiations and deal-closing activities with leadership.
• Contribute to COA portfolio growth via partnerships and acquisitions.
• Create content and materials for commercialization of the COA portfolio.
• Coordinate processes for micro-transactions strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with PM, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development for deals.
• Analyze market information and generate strategic insights.
• Support innovation, integration, and portfolio growth initiatives.
