Responsibilities include meeting daily targets, reviewing risk analyses, conducting toolbox talks, coordinating shifts, and entering data into the M3 system. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong teamwork, and the ability to drive performance in a fast paced environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of injection molding machines and processes.
• Experience leading production teams and coordinating shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet safety, production, and quality targets.
• Prepare overtime requests and monitor attendance.
• Enter production data into the M3 system.
• Review risk analyses and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate shift changes and manage team discipline.
• Issue disciplinary notices when required.
