Aptiv in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a Molding Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily injection molding operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process flow and drive continuous improvements that maximize efficiency and resource use.

You will plan and monitor production, coach and develop staff, and uphold manufacturing standards while enforcing environmental, health and safety policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, manufacturing engineering, etc.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading production teams and driving performance in safety, quality, delivery and productivity metrics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5 Why and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead daily operations in injection molding or mold manufacturing.
• Execute production planning and evaluate process flow with cross-functional teams.
• Stop any process or product that risks safety, quality or customer requirements.
• Drive the Manufacturing Operating System and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor KPIs daily with molding leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote safety, quality and accountability across molding operations.
