Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to support QMS and FEM activities in Chihuahua, Mexico. The role focuses on maintaining processes, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement within the quality management framework.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, advanced English, and at least 6 months of relevant experience, plus knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Lean Manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of statistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage communication related to FEM activities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
Participate in Tier operational meetings with various departments, following up on FEM-related topics.
Report the status of layered process audits across all areas.
Monitor the progress of ongoing FEM projects.
Verify and follow up on findings and corrective actions resulting from 5S audits.
Support the updating and control of Quality Management System documentation.
Follow up on Corrective Actions.
Respond to internal requests for documentation, records, evidence, and system-related information.
Monitor the status of documents undergoing updates or approval processes.
