Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to provide the full range of on-site Field Engineering support for a base of large and complex clients. You will own the on-site service activity, perform advanced maintenance, and assist with installations while offering technical feedback to improve service delivery.

With 2–4 years of experience and a High School Diploma or GED, you will work to resolve client issues using advanced tools and collaborate with teammates to enhance metrics and documentation.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in field engineering or related area.
• Onsite service delivery and maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform on-site installations, including low-complexity work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large/complex clients.
• Own onsite service activity and manage it end-to-end.
• Perform advanced maintenance on products and conduct low-complexity installations.
• Provide technical feedback to improve equipment, systems, and processes.
