• At least 2 years in a similar IT support role.
• Provide PC and peripheral device support and local network maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT environments.
• Experience with wired/wireless networks and structured cabling.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, File & Print Services, backups, and Microsoft products.
• Advanced MS Office skills are expected.
• Experience supporting users across all organizational levels.
• Quick learner who can share knowledge effectively.

IT ANALYST

The IT Analyst acts as the primary site-level point of contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring effective support for business operations in collaboration with the KDC/One ICT team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for business applications and IT systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology solutions that improve business processes.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT applications and infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and IT service requests.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a prerequisite
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 + years of experience in a similar role
• Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.), and local network infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT environments.
• Experienced in managing wired and wireless networks, as well as structured cabling.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, File & Print Services, backup solutions, and Microsoft products.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in providing technical support to users across all organizational levels.
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively share knowledge with others.
