Job summary

HARMAN Automotive is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence at the Juarez plant. You will coordinate PFMEA, BOM, engineering changes, and documentation control while aligning with quality and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include managing KPI status, coordinating process and product changes with engineering and program managers, and ensuring ISO 14001/45001 compliance. English proficiency is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Electromechanical.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial product manufacturing environment.
• 3 years coordinating new projects.
• 3 years implementing Continuous Improvement and Excellence Methods.
• English 90%, advanced level in reading and writing.
• Knowledge of customer OEM specific requirements.
• Experience ensuring ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate generation and release of PFMEAs, flowcharts, Control Plans, and Visual Aids.
• Maintain project status using tools like MS Project and track KPIs.
• Coordinate changes to process and product with Engineering and Program Managers.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Support management inputs for operational and strategic decisions.
