Job summary

HARMAN seeks an experienced Launch Engineer to drive industrialization and packaging initiatives in our manufacturing plant. You will coordinate documentation, manage product and process changes, and align with engineering, program managers, and customers to ensure quality and readiness.

You will lead the execution of launch plans, support PV readiness, and oversee capacity and equipment readiness in alignment with HARMAN milestones, while applying continuous improvement principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial product manufacturing environment.
• 5 years coordinating new projects and implementing continuous improvement methods.
• English 90%, advanced level for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Supports recurring meetings to track project progress.
• Coordinate generation and release of PFMEAS, flowcharts, control plans, visuals, VJIs, layouts and labeling.
• Maintain and improve project status using Projectbook and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and environmental management.
• Coordinate process and product changes with Engineering areas and Program Managers.
