Grupo TECMA is seeking a Product Support Engineer to provide expert support for industrial solutions, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through product operation and configuration.

The role emphasizes clear technical communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and keeping detailed records of issues and resolutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional service.

Formación

• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Technical knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, industrial controls, or pump applications.
• Experience in product or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and clearly explain solutions to customers.
• Knowledge or interest in connected solutions, IoT, and industrial applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote communication tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to industrial products and applications.
• Assist customers with product operation, configuration, and application-related questions.
• Provide technical guidance related to electrical panels, VFDs, controls, and pump applications.
• Clearly communicate technical solutions and troubleshooting steps to customers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams.
• Document customer issues, technical findings, and solutions.
• Identify recurring product or application issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Support connected industrial solutions and cloud-based applications.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and technical professionalism.
