Grupo TECMA is seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical support and guidance to customers on industrial products and connected solutions. You will work closely with customers, Product Managers, Support Teams, and development teams to troubleshoot applications and deliver effective technical solutions.

The role emphasizes strong electronics knowledge, English proficiency, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Advanced English required, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, industrial controls, or pump applications.
• Experience in technical support, application engineering, or customer service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Clearly communicate technical solutions and troubleshooting steps to customers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams.
• Document customer issues, technical findings, and solutions.
• Identify recurring product or application issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Support connected industrial solutions and cloud-based applications.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and technical professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Advanced English level – written and spoken.
• Technical knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, industrial controls, or pump applications.
• Experience in technical support, application engineering, product support, or customer technical service.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
