Grupo TECMA is seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical support and guidance to customers on industrial products and connected solutions. You will work closely with customers, Product Managers, Support Teams, and development teams to troubleshoot applications and deliver effective technical solutions.
The role emphasizes strong electronics knowledge, English proficiency, and excellent communication.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Advanced English required, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, industrial controls, or pump applications.
- Experience in technical support, application engineering, or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical inquiries.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to industrial products and applications.
- Assist customers with operation, configuration, and application questions.
- Provide guidance on electrical panels, VFDs, controls, and pump applications.
- Document issues, findings, and solutions for internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Teams, and development teams.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products.
