• Experience in technical sales or business development in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Success in hunting and building new business opportunities.
• Experience selling engineered or customized packaging solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities in the Ciudad Juárez market.
• Engage with multiple levels within customer organizations to uncover needs.
• Lead consultative sales processes including sample development and trials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver solutions.
• Manage long sales cycles and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Travel ~40% to develop relationships and support solution development.
