Dematic is seeking a Controls Engineer to join our Customer Service Technical Support team. This role provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex automated material handling systems that integrate controls hardware and software.

The ideal candidate has PLC experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell or Siemens, reads electrical schematics, and communicates effectively in English. Location is Mexico City or nearby; travel up to 20% may be required.

Formación

• Degree in Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• 3–5 years in industrial automation or field service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for automated material handling and control systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, electrical, and control issues.
• Analyze PLC logic, HMI screens, alarms, and schematics to identify root causes.
• Travel 10–20% to customer sites.
