Dematic is seeking a Controls Engineer to join our Research & Development team. You will design, develop, and implement control systems for material handling automation equipment, including firmware and prototypes.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, leading complex problems, and supporting testing and field deployments. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in product design and control systems, proficiency with Siemens/SIEMENS TIA Portal and RSLogix/Studio 5000, and

Formación

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field required (Professional license a must).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product design and control systems.
Experience with embedded firmware and motor controls (AC/DC).
Familiarity with SAP and engineering documentation systems.

Responsabilidades

Develop detailed plans and objectives for product development.
Guide and prepare design layouts, sketches, and technical specifications.
Develop prototypes for testing and provide technical support on design feasibility.
Standardize materials, components, and assemblies for new and existing products.
Maintain detailed design documentation and support Customer Service.
