Job summary

Amazon is seeking a First Mile Regional Manager to lead the Seller Processing Center operations in Mexico City. You will develop and coach a team of Shift Managers, drive safety and process excellence, and partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to align staffing and performance across sites.

You will oversee continuous improvement initiatives, apply Six Sigma methods, and ensure high-quality service for customers and sellers while balancing business goals with a people-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years team management experience.
• 5+ years program or project management experience.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards on site and foster a culture of safety.
• Gain expertise in large-scale SCP processes and promote operational excellence.
• Manage inventory control and system-related tasks with real-time metrics updates.
• Drive productivity improvements, reduce cost per unit, and ensure top-notch customer/seller experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety & Security, and IT to align staffing plans and performance expectations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional Six Sigma projects across sites.
