Amazon Transportation Services seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive innovation in the ACES outbound transportation learning ecosystem. You will lead cross‑functional teams to design and implement best‑in‑class training solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste across operations.

Key duties include process optimization, Lean/Six Sigma projects, data analysis and dashboards, and coaching teams on problem‑solving techniques to build a durable improvement culture within

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and optimize processes.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and manage timelines and ROI.
• Analyze transportation metrics and develop data visualizations and predictive models.
• Train staff and lead kaizen events, building a continuous improvement culture.
