Formación

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in logistics, international trade, customs, or import/export operations.
• Experience working with Annex 24.
• Knowledge of Standard 321 and I-Xport System.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily import and export operations.
• Monitor and track key operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with operational plans and delivery schedules.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the logistics team.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Oversee the preparation of pre-invoices and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor catalogs and inventory balances related to Annex 24.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and report potential risks.
• Support employee development through coaching and training.
• Promote a positive work environment aligned with the company's culture.

Import - Export Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Import - Export Supervisor with a strong background in international trade, logistics, and team leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of import and export operations while maintaining operational excellence, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export operations.
• Monitor and track key operational metrics, including Dashboard, Northbound Lead Time, and G-Ops.
• Ensure compliance with operational plans and delivery schedules.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the logistics team.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Oversee the preparation of pre-invoices and ensure operational data is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor catalogs and inventory balances related to Annex 24.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and proactively report potential risks.
• Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Promote a positive work environment aligned with the company's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in logistics, international trade, customs, or import/export operations.
