Oferta confidencial seeks an Import/Export Manager to lead the foreign trade team and ensure regulatory compliance. You will stay current on MX customs regulations, optimize processes, and supervise the import/export function to meet deadlines and cost targets.

Requirements include a related bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, and proven experience with customs audits and compliance software. Strong English and ERP/SAP knowledge are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in MX customs audits.
• Experience managing customs compliance software.
• Any customs compliance/logistics certification.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps import/export regulations up to date.
• Supervises foreign trade activities with the department team.
• Proposes and implements cost/deadline/resource optimization initiatives.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and reconciles material records for compliance.
• Manages the Import and Export Team.
• Validates disbursements approved by Customs for tariffs.
• Other activities.

Descripción del empleo

1. Keeps the applicable regulations governing import and export processes up to date.
2. Integrally supervises foreign trade activities along with the department team.
3. Proposes and implements initiatives for the optimization of costs, deadlines, and resources in processes related to international trade.
4. Guarantee inventory precision and the accurate reconciliation of material records for adherence to international trade regulations.
5. Manage the Import and Export Team.
6. Validates and approves disbursements presented by the Customs Agency for the payment of tariffs.
7. Other activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in MX customs audits.
• Experience managing customs compliance software.
• Any customs compliance/logistics certification.
