Hunter Douglas, Inc. is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely US payroll processing across the United States. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and employees to ensure regulatory compliance and payroll system data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of US payroll experience, ADP platform knowledge, and strong English communication skills, in a hybrid Apodaca, Nuevo León setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting US payroll operations.
• Experience working with ADP payroll platforms.
• Experience with Oracle, Workday, SAP, or other HRIS/payroll systems.
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience handling payroll taxes, garnishments, and employee deductions.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end US payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Review and validate payroll data for hires, terminations, promotions, and deductions.
• Support payroll tax activities, garnishments, W-2 processing, and other compliance needs.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Perform payroll audits, data reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain employee payroll records and data accuracy in systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers.
• Participate in payroll process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
• All other duties as assigned.
