Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for technology roles. You will source, screen, and qualify candidates, building strong pipelines and collaborating with account managers to meet client requirements.

You will maintain candidate records, deliver timely updates, and contribute to both individual and team recruitment objectives while upholding high compliance and data quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment services within a recruitment agency, staffing or professional services environment.
• Experience sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across multiple recruitment assignments.
• Experience building professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms and candidate sourcing tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and priorities.
• Understanding of technology recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for allocated client requirements, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and placement.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines by identifying, engaging and qualifying technology professionals through a range of sourcing channels.
• Deliver recruitment solutions that meet client requirements, agreed service levels and business objectives.
• Build professional relationships with candidates, providing a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring requirements and support successful recruitment delivery.
• Communicate candidate progress and recruitment activity with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
