Tendencys Innovations in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio. You will partner with Hiring Managers, drive sourcing strategies, proactively identify top talent, and manage candidate pipelines with a focus on a positive candidate experience.

You will work independently, juggle priorities, and excel at finding great candidates for Sales, Operations, Technology, and leadership roles in a rapidly growing, global tech

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, profiles, or levels of seniority.
• Strong experience with proactive sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing expectations throughout recruitment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with ownership and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Technology, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and expectations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess fit and capabilities.
• Track metrics like Time to Fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness.
